From a very young age my passion has been gastronomy. I trained at the School of Hotel Management Ivry (France) and I have worked all my life in the hotel trade, such as the Hotel Ritz in London (England) or Cabaret Moulin Rouge. Paris France).
I have always lived around food, my father and my grandfather were also passionate about it. And in 1997, I take the step of creating my culinary project, Cubanga, a very special place where I can offer my clients my passion and experience for gastronomy.
